  • We are located in Queens, New York. Location will be provided once you book! We can also come to you for the service for an additional cost.

  • A $30 deposit is required to secure your appointment, this is deducted from your final payment. PLEASE make sure you’re booking at your most convenient time as deposits are Non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

  • There is a 15 minute grace, if running late please let me know or your appointment will be canceled and deposit will be lost as it is considered a no show.

  • Card on file will be charged a 50% if you didn’t reschedule, advise me or cancel your appointment before 24hrs as it is considered a no show.

  • Remaining balance can be paid in cash, or Zelle.

  • If you need to book a time outside of my schedule, please contact me.

  • I kindly ask that you show up alone to your appointment.

  • Please arrive with time to spare, appointments can take anywhere from 1.5 to 3 hours.

  • Your appointment is considered a fill-in if you have 40%-50% of your extensions remaining.

  • Try your best to not drink any coffee or energy drinks before your appointment.
